Dual passing opportunity to the students of class 5th & 8th

Students studying in class V and VIII will have dual opportunity to qualify in the examination and march towards the next class. If the student fails to qualify in the first attempt, he will be given the second chance. This opportunity will be for the students of class V and VIII. However, if the student fails to succeed even after the second attempt, he will be declared as failed and will have to repeat the same class. 
Which book is taught in the public schools?
Which course of CBSE is being followed?
On the basis of which board and book, will CBSE conduct examinations?
Class V to VIII, all follow the private publisher books.
No fixed syllabus for classes below VIII.
