Student asked for 5 lakh compensation

A class 6th student of Lancer’s Convent School was stopped from giving exam. The student was not allowed to sit in the exam just because her father had filed RTI asking for the detail information regarding the school fees. The school administration showing their anger did not allowed the girl from giving exam. Seeking justice, the student and her parents took shed of High Court. They have asked for 5 lakh compensation from the school. Taking the issue seriously, Court has summoned answer from Directorate of Education & the school administration.  
Justice V. Kameshwar Rao has ordered the government and the school administration to clear the issue of paying compensation amount to the student. Along with the compensation, Court has also instructed to promote the student to class 7th and allow her to study & participate in all school activities.
