When Chairman of CBSE himself calls you to inform that you are the Topper, it becomes a moment of great feeling. Kalpit Veerwal Topper of JEE-MAIN was also informed about his achievement by Chairman of CBSE. More than this, Kalpit made a record securing full marks i.e. 360 out of 360 in JEE-MAIN exam. Kalpit Veerwal topped the all India JEE-MAIN exam 2017. Vasu Jain ranked second position and Ananya Agrawal from Delhi stood third in the Topper list.  
Girls seem less interested in Engineering
Although Prime Minister Narendra Modi is encouraging education for girl child, but here it seems that female candidates are less interested in Engineering. The number of girls was on finger counting i.e. 68 in the list of Top-1000 rank of JEE-MAIN. And this data confined up to 466 in the list of Top-5000. To encourage more and more girls in Engineering, Central Government has introduced ‘Super Numetry Seat’. However, result of JEE clearly states that girls are given opportunities but only opportunities cannot maintain this. Girls need to come forward and take admission in this field. Among girls Vrinda Nandkumari Rathi from Naasik with 321 marks stood first among girl candidates. Purva Garg stood second and Narayana Jeevana Reddy secured the third position. There are 932 successful male candidate in the list of Top-1000 and 4534 in the list of Top-5000. All total 11, 86,454 candidates had registered for JEE-MAIN. Admit cards for JEE-ADVANCE will be available from 10th May and the examination will be held on 21st May. 

‘My Father Mother are  my Motivation’: Kalpit
Kalpit’s father Pushkarlaal Veerwal is a compounder and his mother Pushpa Veerwal is a school teacher of government school. He says that his parents support was his greatest courage and motivation to him. Along with the parents he also thanked the faculty of his school and coaching center for guidance. 
Kalpit was a bright student from his school days only. He obtained 10 CGP in Matric. He attained full marks in Math, Physics and Chemistry and has also remained state topper in NTSE exam. Kalpit was pre-prepared for JEE-MAIN. He spent an average of six hours regularly in studies. He says that the best thing to prepare yourself for exams is self-study. Haardik, elder brother of Kalpit is his role model who is a student of AIIMS where he is pursuing Doctorate. 

Kalpit makes the  record of 100% score
As per the experts, till date nobody has scored 100% marks in JEE-MAIN. Kalpit Veerwal is the first one who has secured the total marks making a record. A notable point in Kalpit’s mark statement was, that, in spite of negative marking, he managed to attain full marks. His hard work and concentration brought him this great  achievement.

I believe in myself: Ananya Agrawal
Ananya Agrawal, third topper of JEE-MAIN says that he has believe in himself. He was interested in Computer from childhood and aimed to become a Computer Engineer. He says that he was not expecting to be enlisted in Top-3, but he was sure that he would surely be in the list of Top-10. Ananya wants to take admission IIT Bombay in Computer Science. His total marks was 350 out 0f 360. He is a student of Hope Hall Foundation School. His father Dr. Ramesh Agrawal is a doctor in AIIMS and his mother Dr. Krishna Agrawal is a Dentist in Maulana Azad Institute of Dental Sciences.
