An age-old saying, if you keep doing what you are doing, you will keep getting what you are getting. Simple but very meaningful statement, applicable in our everyday life. Around 9 am, if it takes 60 minutes to reach office on any working day, it will continue to take the same amount of time on all other working days, unless one leaves at different timings/follow different route/different mode of conveyance. Similarly, as a student, if one is not able to improve grades or as a professional not able to improve performance, one is to do things differently. How to do that? Simple, apply a ‘GROW’ model.
