QS stars awards top Rating to M. M. University, Mullana

Maharishi Markandeshwar University, Mullana has become the first University in North India to have been awarded QS five Star rating in teaching, employability, facilities, social responsibilities by QS Stars. QS happens to be one of the most trusted name in the world for releasing world rankings of the Universities. QS Stars is a rating system which allows students to get a wider picture of an institution’s qualities, looking at everything from the employability of graduates, to sports facilities and community engagement. It is designed to reflect the nuanced mission of universities, and the needs of students who may be interested in things other than those to which traditional rankings are necessarily limited. The QS Stars audit evaluates an institution against over 50 different indicators, and awards universities between one and five + stars over eight wider fields, as well as an overall rating. Over all, MMU has been awarded three stars.

The Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Victor Gambhir congratulated the faculty, staff and students of MM University on this outstanding achievement. He further informed that University has been continuously making a mark as centre of excellence in the various area of education. Recently the University has been ranked as the top Private University of Haryana by NIRF, MHRD, Govt of India. Further, the University has also established Campus Business Park and Incubation Centre. Recently the University has been recognised as Centre of Excellence by National Instruments (USA) as well as BOSCH for imparting training in the field of Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical and Mechatronics engineering.  The University has been accredited with the Grade ‘A’ by NAAC in 2015 and also as a premier institution by ASIC, UK.
